Welcome
to Rob Iverson's
Kittitas
Real Estate Website
Hello
I'm Rob Iverson
I am
a fourth generation Cle Elm resident and a grandson of Augie and Mary Petrich.
I have held a Washington real estate license for 20 years. My knowledge
and enthusiasm for this special part of Washington shows in my desire to
share the area's diversity. Activities include golfing at Suncadia, hiking,
biking, sking, fishing, snowmobiling, and horse back riding.
Whether
it is a home, land, investment opportunity or vacation retreat, I would
be glad to help!
What
an awesome view of the farming
and
pasture areas of the Manastash!

Kittitas
County is located in the foothills of the cascade mountain range east of
Seattle. Kittitas County consists of 9 small towns. Easton, Ronald, Cle
Elum, Thorp, Ellensburg, Kittitas and Vantage. Four of the towns Easton,
Cle Elum Ronald and Roslyn with the historic "Brick Tavern" are located
within 75 minutes of the Seattle area. Suncadia a new golf course and cross
country ski resort is located between Cle Elum and Roslyn. Suncadia offers
a variety of property types from raw land and condominiums to million dollar
estates. Kittitas County offers many diverse settings from the rugged areas
of Lake Cle Elum, Cooper Lake and salmon la sac to to the gradual rolling
fields of the teanaway area just east of Cle Elum. Head slightly further
east and you'll encounter the furtile area of the "Manastash" with its
pastures and farms fed by the Yakima River. Kittitas County's easterly
town of Vantage is airid with the mighty Columbia River to the east.
The
climate offers beautiful sunny days in the summer with temperatures averaging
83 degrees from mid June until late September. The winter temperatures
average around 30 degrees. The snowfall will have drastic variations depending
on how far east of the Cascades you travel. The closer towns to the foothills
such as Ronald and Roslyn will see as much as 2-5 feet of snow while at
the same time no more than a couple of inches in Ellensburg and the town
of Kittitas.
